2) Using FTP programs, by this programs you fill your FTP server details to connect with your site to start uploading files, for me I don’t like it, I prefer to upload my files using Cpanel, if your computer is infected with viruses uploading files using FTP programs is more risky to get your website infected with viruses also.

In your browser bar type; “yoursite.com:2082″ to sign in your Cpanel.

Scroll down and search for “Files”.

That’s it; use these steps over and over when you want to upload files to your website.

How to upload files to my website using Vista control panel?
Sign in your Vista control panel, Click on File Manager or FTP manager.
Click on your primary website folder (in Vista control panel will be htdocs).

This is the root directory, you can upload your primary website files here, and in another web hosting panels upload your files to root directory or Public_html or Home_directory.

Now, Click on upload to start uploading your website files.

1) This is the home directory folder, always check this to be sure that you are uploading your files in the root directory or not.
2) Click on Browse to select the files that you want to upload.
3) If you want to upload another file click on Add another button.
4) Click on this icon to start uploading the files.
5) When you finish, Click on back icon button to go back to your home directory.
