How to create MySQL database with username and password?
To create MySQL go to your website control panel and I’ll explain to you how to create MySQL database using Cpanel.
So go to your Cpanel, scroll down and search for “databases” box.

When you enter MySQL Databases page you will see an option to crease database (look at the red box in the screenshot above).

Good question! After you create username and password you have to connect them to your database that you’ve created.

Scroll down to the bottom of MySQL databases page and you will see “Add user to database” option.

2) Here you choose the database that you’ve created to connect it with the username.
3) Click on “Add” to connect the username to the database.
Now you have database with username and password that connected to each other and ready to use.
But maybe you are wondering what I’m hiding in the screenshot above right?
Well, when you create database and username, the name of your database and username will not really be the name that you have chose, and why is that?
In the Cpanel, your Cpanel username will be before your username and database name.
Let’s say that your database name is “wordpress” and your Cpanel username is “david01” so your database name will be “david01_wordpres” and this will be also on your database username and in another websites control panel your domain name will be before your database name.
So when ever you want to install script on your website, when you edit your script config file, the right database name and database username that you have to add is what I’ve told you before.
